So i try to add fresh peas in whatever dish i could... :)

Delicious panner matar masala is ready..This goes well with chapathi/Roti/ any pulav

Ingredients:
- Fresh green peas - 1 cup
- Paneer - 1 cup ( cubed)
- Big Onion - 2 ( chopped length wise)
- Big onion -1
- Tomato - 2 (chopped finely)
- Kasa kasa - 1 tsp
- Pattai - 1 inch piece
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chicken Masala - 1 tsp
- Corriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Corriander leaves - few chopped
Method:
- If the paneer is bought from store, immerse the packet in hot water for 5 minutes, so that it becomes soft. Then cube the paneer.
- Heat a pan, add few drops of oil. Then fry the paneer cubes in the pan until slight brown. Keep the fried paneer aside.
- In a bowl of hot water, put the peas and allow it soak until it is half cooked or better pressure cook the peas for 1-2 whistle and keep it aside
- Grind 1 big onion, kasa kasa and pattai and keep it aside.
- In a kadai, heat oil. Add jeera. Once it splutters add the chopped onions and fry until golden brown.
- Add the ginger garlic paste and fry well. Add the chopped tomatoes and fry until tomatoes are cooked well
- Add the turmeric powder, garam masala, corriander powder, chilli powder, chicken masala and fry for 2 minutes
- Now add enough water to make a gravy lconsistency
- Cover tha pan with lid and allow it cook for 3-5 minutes
- Once it starts boiling, add the cooked peas and fried paneer cubes and mix well and cook by closing the lid. Allow it to for 5 minutes
- Now add the chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
