Dhal Palak goes well with steamed rice..

1. Pasi payiru - 1/2 cup
2. garlic - 5
3. Jeera - 1 tsp
4. Curry leaf - few
5. Paalak spinach - 1 bunch
6. Gree chillies - 2
7. Onion - 1 chopped

Recipe :
- In a pressure cooker, heat some oil.
- Add the jeera, onion, green chillies, salt and saute for few minutes.
- Add the garlic pods and fry well.
- Add the dhaal and mix well
- Add 1 1/2 cup water to it and close the cooker lid
- Leave for 2-3 whistles and open the lid
- Now add the chopped Paalak and allow it to cook for 5 mins.
- Cool it and blend them and serve with hot rice.
